2. Street parking 

1. Against the flow (illegal): Parking facing oncoming traffic on the left side of a two-way street is illegal. It forces you to drive on the wrong side of the road to park & creates a hazard when pulling out. 

2. There’s insufficient roadway width for vehicles to navigate when drivers are parking right up to alleyways & sometimes simultaneously directly across from. It’s impossible for larger vehicles like garbage trucks or emergency responders to turn into or exit the alley

1. Board vote on amendments to covenants & bylaws

1. Any property owner or resident (either a board member or VARC member) where a vote in which they, their business, or their family may personally benefit will not be allowed. This includes but is not limited to builders, landscapers, electricians, pest control, etc. to prevent conflicts of interest, bias, unethical votes period, etc
